Working sets

A Working Set is the clip pool for one story. Use Clips to curate assets and Produce to brief the first cut.

Create and review a set

  1. Create a set with a name that explains the story.
  2. Add only source- and time-verified Search results.
  3. Confirm every clip has the expected thumbnail, source title, and time range.
  4. Arrange the intended story order and remove weak or duplicate moments.
  5. Use Add clips when the story needs another verified moment.

Start with the fewest clips that can support the story. A Working Set can contain up to 10 clips; three strong clips can be enough for a focused short.

Write the Produce brief

State:

  • the audience and editorial goal;
  • the story angle and opening beat;
  • the intended shape, such as Promo, Recap, or Highlights;
  • the target duration;
  • required moments and anything to avoid.

Review the target summary before generating the first cut. Follow progress in Produces and open the project when Studio is available.
