Known limitations
Composer accelerates discovery and first-cut creation, but every generated answer, clip, and export still needs editorial review.
Search and retrieval
- Visual and transcript retrieval can miss a relevant moment.
- Similar-looking scenes can be ranked together even when they are not interchangeable.
- A transcription error can hide an exact quote, name, or number.
- Entity suggestions are a discovery aid, not proof that the person is present.
Generation
- Reframe proposes candidates; it does not guarantee a publishable edit.
- Processing time varies with source length, clip count, and workload.
- A completed generation can still need reframing, caption correction, or timeline edits.
Studio and export
- Clip caching can delay playback after a project opens or a setting changes.
- A project is not delivery-ready until the complete timeline and downloaded MP4 are checked.
- Brand Templates and available export settings are workspace-specific.
Evidence and privacy
- Ask answers are only as reliable as the selected indexed sources and citations.
- Do not use private or restricted footage outside its approved workflow.
- Verify names, numbers, quotations, and other high-impact claims against the source video.
